7-10 years of Freight Operations/Carrier and/or 3PL experience required.

As a manager of a team, responsible for hiring, onboarding and performance management activities.

Execute at both the team/group level and individual, one-on-one level to manage toward key performance initiatives

Partners internally to oversee, optimize and execute new hire onboard training and ongoing education programs to optimize team performance.

Identify opportunities to streamline or improve the participant experience

Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience

2+ years or experience in a sales or service role

Demonstrate a deep knowledge of the capabilities and constraints of multiple interacting fulfillment systems

5+ years in a Supervisory/Management role.

Implement and manage all warehouse inventory processes which include reconciliation, loss prevention and control

5-7+ years of working experience in Fulfillment, Warehouse or Distribution environment.

2+ years of OHSHA safety experience.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Project management training or certifications (e.g., PMI), preferred.

Project Management: Ability to manage the execution of delivery supply chain improvement opportunities, monitor progress, and deliver with impact.

Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, or related Business degree) or equivalent experience, required.

Minimum 7 years of experience in a Supply Chain setting, required.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in driving continuous improvement in a Supply Chain setting or consulting environment.

Problem Solving Prowess: Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to coach others on the following topics:

Experience in close engagement and management of third-party fulfillment (3PL) partners preferred.

Experience with order management & order entry in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system; Oracle NetSuite, and other
