In a typical day, you may complete a variety of tasks such as devising and executing experiments to drive growth, diving into data using analytical modeling and SQL skills to explain performance at the lowest level of detail, and building reports and tools that allow teams to scale their work 10x. You will work on cross-functional initiatives coordinating across product, engineering, data science, finance, and more to bring projects from 0-1 and 1-100. You are a generalist that is willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make the business successful. You will report to a Manager on our Fulfillment & Logistics team in the Strategy & Operations organization.

  • Continuously engage and cultivate relationships with customers to understand their needs and identify strategic bets that can create step-change improvements for them.
  • Use data-driven analysis to run process improvement tests
  • Look for ways to improve and want to shape the direction of the company
  • Operate at the lowest level of detail to understand the impact of your decisions and iterate given insights from data, you’re excited to dig into the details to pull out the real insights
  • Work with a cross-functional team including operations, marketing, analytics, finance, and product to bring your ideas to market.
  • Build models and process flows to evaluate quantitative and qualitative business cases for process improvement opportunities
  • Build new capabilities, experiences, and businesses that have not been attempted before, you’re excited about the opportunity to create the impossible.

We’re excited about you because…

  • You are a problem solver – You can independently translate high-level goals into actionable plans
  • You are a self-starter – You have a bias towards action and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
  • You are relentless and hungry to learn – You do what it takes to win, no matter what.
  • You work well cross-functionally – You have experience managing multiple different stakeholders and business partners, and are able to exert influence across organizations to achieve business outcomes
  • You are analytical – You let data win arguments, and you’re comfortable pulling your own data in SQL and modeling in Excel.
  • You are gritty – You roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make things successful
  • You have 4-6+ years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, investment banking, tech etc.
