Our Opportunity:
Find What's Rare is looking to hire a part-time weekend Office Assistant for our small, but dynamic team. This role takes places in-person at our Brooklyn Office both Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. You will have the opportunity to work alongside top producing brokers, interact with top-tier clientele, and expand your own skillset and network. You will work in a fast pace and intimate setting that is driven by collaboration and team work.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist with business reporting and other related administrative reports/ documents
- Provide weekend calendar management and email (Gmail) administrative support for owner
- Promote RARE brand by creating and managing marketing materials (storefront window display design, newsletters,client gifts, etc.)
- Assist with additional Ad Hoc projects as necessary
- Support CEO in daily weekend operations, including the ability to pivot to address multiple priorities
- Assist on managing web platforms i.e. RARE brand/website
- Oversee weekend office tasks including inventory management and office presentation
- Receive and direct weekend walk-in clients, office calls, and inquiries to the appropriate team member
Who You Are:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Background in Graphic Design or related field and/or proficient knowledge of current design trends in graphic design
- Proficient in Illustrator, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
- At least one year of project coordination, marketing, and/ or administrative experience
- Open to learning relevant real estate platforms (i.e. squarespace)
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Must be fluent in using Apple products/systems
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
