Our Group Sales team is in search of people who are passionate about learning new things and giving our guests the best possible experience.

TOLEDO ZOO IS LOOKING FOR APPLICANTS WHO:

• Have strong computer, organization, and administrative skills
• Previously have worked in catering, wedding/event planning, or customer service
• Are successful at achieving goals and going above and beyond
• Deliver strong customer service & communication skills
• Enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guests
• Want to work in a fun filled, fast pace and high energy atmosphere

RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:

• Arrange client drop off of items and rehearsal run throughs
• Fully understand and communicate the plan to all parties involved
• Approaching guests in a fun and positive manner to ensure smooth and successful weddings
• Meeting with clients to arrange and plan events
• Vendor Coordination
• Working with the Catering & Group Sales groups to set up, assist, and tend to clients’ requests, while in professional attire

Work schedules include weekdays, weekends, and can include holidays. Must have the physical ability to work on your feet and be able to walk the Zoo grounds for several hours at a time.
