Job Description
Imagine360 is currently seeking a remote Member Services Intake Specialist to join our team! The Intake Specialist is the first point of contact for members who need assistance with the initial file setup, have inquiries or require assistance with their balance bill submissions. This detail-oriented position works closely with Member Service Advocates and other internal/external counterparts to ensure and facilitate timely and accurate workflow administration, data integrity and a positive member experience.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Communicate with the Audit Team and our third-party partners to obtain all documentation related to a member's balance bill
  • Track status and resolution of balance bill setup inquiries and issues
  • Assist members with their initial setup of their balance bills and respond to inquiries related to the balance bill management process
  • Responsible for the workflow and distribution of balance bill inquiries to the Member Services Advocates
  • Collaborate with other internal functions to address service issues and process/systemic enhancement opportunities
  • Apply strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation and follow-up diaries during all stages of the process
  • Accurately initiate member balance bill/account information into Imagine360's database with a focus on quality, management of established turnaround SLA's and proper coordination of issue resolution


Required Experience / Education:


  • Team player able to collaborate with other departments
  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial company
  • Experience in healthcare or billing environments a plus
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel as well as internet navigation
  • Excellent communication skills via email and telephone; interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive relationships
  • 2+ years within a customer service position, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment
