Who We Are
- Supports our Jasper Care Coaches and is an active member of the clinical team
- Creates informational materials for our members
- Provides member feedback to clinical team, helps develop strategic improvements to the member experience
- Answers, investigates and/or directs member inquiries or complaints to the appropriate clinical team member
- Conducts onboarding calls with new Jasper members to review the features and offerings of the Jasper app/website, and assist in account set up
- Escalates care appropriately as needed (either externally to client teams or internal to clinical team, engineering team, etc.
- Provides product support through phone/video calls and chat including rotating evening and weekend coverage
- 2+ years of healthcare and patient customer service experience (required)
- Oncology experience (strongly preferred)
- Ability to empathize with our members and provide reassuring support
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
- Meticulous organizational skills and particular attention to detail
