Familiarity with AI/ML or technology management.

2-4+ years of experience in product or strategy analytics in a complex and dynamic environment.

Experience with python/SQL is required.

Demonstrated strategic mindset, analytical abilities, and deep intellectual curiosity.

Assist in the preparation of asset management reports, investor communications and presentations to provide updates on asset performance and strategies.

Support with ad hoc acquisition, asset management, and other operational tasks as assigned.

1-2+ years of experience in a real estate related finance role – preferably acquisitions, investment banking, capital markets, or investment sales.

Strong Power Point skills with experience creating institutional-quality presentations.

Bachelor’s degree or higher from a leading university with a major in finance, economics, or related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

·Demonstrated analytical skills, including knowledge of financial modeling, accounting and financial statement analysis; and

·Interest in environmental impact and/or ESG strategy and management.
