• Trainings & Corporate Meetings – Assist in the planning and execution of brand trainings at the corporate and retail level
• Presentations – Create product or brand presentations for prospective or existing accounts
• Visual Merchandising & Production – Ensure each point-of-sale follows brand merchandising guidelines, manage production and delivery of new visual and displays, place orders for print material or other collateral required by retailer or brand Sales Manager
• Media & Communications Agencies – Coordinate with media and communications agencies on media planning & spending, new product launches, photoshoots, product loans, etc
• CRM – Manage media & press partnership inquiries, catalog requests, and general consumer inquiries through the brand’s CRM platform
• Other tasks as assigned
• Events – Assist in the preparation and execution of brand, retailer and PR events
• Budgets – Assist the brand’s Marketing Manager in coordinating the approval processes for brand spending, including but not limited to: gathering documentation, media plans, media kits, partner coop advertising plans, regional marketing agreements and obtaining signatures on necessary documents

Profile

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support CRM, events, and marketing related activities for Glashütte Original in North America.

Professional Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required. Business Management, Marketing, Communications or Public Relations preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of product marketing, with the ability to be creative and think outside of the box
• Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while adapting to dynamic deadlines
• Experience with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is required; experience with SAP, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator is a plus
• 1-3 years experience in a luxury goods marketing related role, including but not limited to: traditional product marketing, digital marketing, social media, CRM, communications, media planning, etc
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across an organization (Sales, Operations, Accounting, Logistics, etc.)
• Passion and/or experience working in luxury goods is a plus

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000.
