Content Producer, Womens Jobs

The Content Producer will oversee all production for the Womens and Kids division while working collaboratively with the content team such a photographers, Head of Concept and Creative Directors. The Content Producer will research, process and produce usage requests, presentation preparation, contract negotiations and budget management, and is a key communicator with external vendors, talent and agents.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with vendors for timely estimate and invoice submission; process all invoices and reconcile with Finance team
• Point of contact for everything shoot related both internal and external – on set for all shoots
• Track all shoot requirements from pre to post production inclusive of vendor outreach, call sheet creation, contract drafting, equipment sourcing, travel & accommodations etc…
• Maintain the calendarization of multiples shoots across KITH according to business needs; ensure the internal studio scheduling accommodates all required shoots
• Produce multiple kinds of shoots inclusive of still life, on-model, and events
• Work with freelance hires to ensure all technical needs are clearly communicated and schedules are built and adhered to appropriately.
• Work with VP of Visuals and Head of Concept Visuals on execution of shoot concepts and deliverables
• Commission shoots with relevant vendors including, hair, makeup, modeling agencies, and external production companies where applicable.
• Track projects budgets and estimates;, negotiate usage and permission rights.

Special Projects:

• Participate and assist in Physical Inventories as required by the business.
• Assist Merchandising team during visual initiatives as required by the business.

Experience:

• Must possess an exceptional standard of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• 4-6 years leading production campaigns in a retail/fashion space
• MS Project and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven professional experience and ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be able to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality where appropriate
• Womens experience preferred
