Marketing Communications Specialist | Entry Level position |$600 - $1200 per week

Brand X, a fast-growing sales and marketing start-up in Addison, TX and we are seeking to recruit a motivated and dynamic Marketing Communications Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage a full sales pipeline, engage customers, and explain our clients' products and services in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner.

Marketing Communications Specialist responsibilities include

• Handling customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Conducting presentations and demonstrations (client-dependent)
• Learning and retaining a wealth of knowledge about the brands' products and services as well as competitor offers
• Responding to customers’ queries and comments and networking during marketing events.
• Building relationships with customers, getting to know their needs
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team on feedback to inform sales and increase brand awareness.
• Be the face of clients, engaging with potential customers to promote brands' products and services
• Distributing promotional material
• Tracking interactions and collecting daily reports to feedback to clients
• Completing new customer registrations

Requirements and skills

• BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field
• Good presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with marketing campaigns
• Must be able to commute to our office in Birmingham, AL (This role cannot be done remotely)
• Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role
