Job Description
Armina Health is seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing our marketing strategies, overseeing media creation, managing projects, and coordinating events while supporting the adminstrative team. This multifaceted position requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the achievement of our marketing goals.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Maintain project schedules, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Act as the liaison between marketing, creative, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event experiences that align with marketing objectives
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage the production process from concept development to final delivery, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with the brand's identity
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize strategies, making recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team, sales team, designers, and external partners to ensure alignment of messaging and consistency of brand presentation
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and videographers to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality content production
  • Present findings and results to the marketing team, contributing to data-informed decision-making
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, tracking key metrics and generating insightful reports
  • Work with in-market teams to assist in the the coordination of marketing events including trade shows, webinars, educational workshops and promotional activities
  • Coordinate marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
  • Develop and create compelling visual and written content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
  • Foster positive working relationships across departments to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach
  • Calendar and email management along with coordination of meetings.


Requirements


  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a creative flair and a keen eye for design aesthetics
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • Prior experience in marketing for the healthcare sector is a plus
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools, content creation software, and social media platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in media creation, project management, and event coordination within a marketing context
