Marketing Communications Coordinator Jobs

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team! This person will be responsible for making sure our product pages are up to date with new product prices; maintain deadlines; perform general clerical duties/ data entry; and responsible for processing and managing workflow.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Perform general clerical duties to support Product Managers with sales communication with internal and external vendors.
• Take meeting minutes and coordinate with team managers to keep track of deadlines, follow up with other department needs, and respond to customer emails.
• Assist with data entry to sku up new products, update prices/ product information, and update promotions.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Proofread company catalogs, content, and review data guidelines.
• Host, promote, and schedule monthly webinars and run data analysis.
• Create and update content on our old and new website.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Energetic and positive attitude, and enthusiasm to excel
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to respond to customers in a timely and effective manner
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally in written responses to emails and oral responses to calls
• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro and Affect Effects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Capable of meeting deadlines and working with daily time constraints
• Web such as HTML & CSS Coding.
• Photography & videography: product filming and editing.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Willing and able to work additional hours when needed
• Bend, lift, open and move product and related office items varying in weight from 1 to 30lbs, depending on need

EDUCATION

• 1+ Years of general administration/coordination
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field (preferred)
