Job Description

Director of Marketing and Communications, $110-115K


Overview:

As the Director of Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication plans and strategies to achieve organizational objectives.


You will design and oversee all marketing and communication initiatives, including website development, email campaigns, collateral creation, advertising, social media management, digital campaigns, public relations, crisis communications, and video production.


Your role will involve writing and proofreading copy for various marketing materials and conducting market research to identify opportunities and threats. Additionally, you will supervise and train members of the marketing and communications team, ensuring their success and professional development.


Requirements:

  • Experience in leading and managing a team of marketing professionals, fostering their growth and success.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A Master's degree would be an advantage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
