Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Communications Specialist for a growing manufacturing company in the North Dallas area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of internal communications experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Overall business support for executive team
  • Strategy and organization for on-going employee communications
  • Work closely with the executive team on organization and retention of company-wide communications
  • Develop speaking points based on broad ideas and concepts
  • Expertise and administration of employee or recruiting-focused social media presence
  • Experience managing image and messaging internally
  • Innovative and advocate to promote company wide initiatives
  • Coordinate leadership meetings and communications
  • Develop and coordinate content for executive presentations


Qualifications:

  • Strong internal communications experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field
  • 3+ years of communications experience
  • Microsoft suite, strong excel and presentation development skills
  • Excellent written communications skills
