The Senior Communications Specialist will work cross functionally to produce high-impact communications plans to support the external vision of the company, engage with employees and external stakeholders. This role will support external communications through consumer and corporate earned media and thought leadership along with as needed internal engagement strategy for Everly Health.

You will be in charge of producing high-quality content that engages all our stakeholders, increasing our visibility and building brand recognition and awareness of new products while promoting Everly Health’s vision, mission and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and tactics.

What You’ll Do (Duties and Responsibilities):

• Provide counsel on and implement high-value, impactful external and employee communications.
• Supports internal communications as needed
• Develop and drive corporate owned social strategy to support company milestones and business goals
• Proactively position and pitch brand campaigns and communication priorities, and adapt strategies to secure targeted story placement, media coverage and speaking opportunities.
• Align communications strategy, goals, and objectives to overall business priorities
• Create proactive and reactive integrated communications campaigns that strengthen Everly Health’s reputation and positive perception as a leading modern-diagnostics driven company
• Drive a best in class measurement strategy to ensure KPIs are met with high-value ROI
• Source and maintain a key list of industry-relevant awards to submit for company culture, recruitment, products and impact.
• Build and drive media relations efforts for Everly Health and its brands EverlyWell and Natalist. Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and healthcare industry media. Manage media inquiries, interview requests and preparation for company spokespeople.

Required skills/experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent writing and synthesis skills. Exceptional verbal communication skills
• Ability to coach and support senior leaders, including the executive committee/C-suite, and senior executives as spokespersons.
• Understanding of positioning an organization to achieve tangible and high impact outcomes in a competitive communications environment.
• Desire to be in the weeds but also aptitude for higher level, creative thinking
• Curiosity and drive to learn our business, get to know the team, immerse yourself into the Everly Health culture, and develop creative content that makes us who we are.
• Extremely high humility, desire to learn, openness to feedback, debate, and input from others
• Creative, innovative and also scrappy mindset; you like to find creative and interesting ways to tackle common topics or recurring events.
• Five years of communications experience that includes critical and strategic thinking and a track record in media relations.
• Grit/hustle or a tendency to run towards tough, ambiguous problems

The base salary range for this role is $82,000-91,000, based on the selected candidate's qualifications, market data/ranges, and internal equity. This position is also eligible for a yearly bonus.
