Marketing And Communications Lead

The Marketing and Communications Producer is responsible for both the execution and strategic planning for all marketing activities required to achieve the organization’s goals related to brand growth, health, engagement, and impact. This includes the management and development of all marketing assets such as creative design, website, social media, email, video, and copywriting. The Producer is expected to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling content, support membership and partnership generation and activation, and capture and use data to better understand the member journey to execute a plan that fosters high-quality engagement at all levels of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in the creative design and digital platform space, an innovative spirit with technology, an understanding of metrics and valuation of digital assets, and a strong editorial/content background are essential skills to be successful in this role. A successful applicant will demonstrate strong digital marketing skills along with initiative, resourcefulness, and an ability to work creatively and proactively while collaborating in a team environment.
