Job Title: Associate Consultant/Consultant - Life Sciences Strategy Consulting
Location: US Remote – Preference on North East or East Coast
Barrington James are partnered with a leading life sciences strategy consulting firm that partners with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies to develop and implement innovative strategies that drive growth and improve patient outcomes. My client are seeking a talented and experienced Consultant to join their team.
As a Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including market entry strategy, clinical
trial design, product launch planning, and organizational design. Moreover, my client
prides itself on delivering end-to-end solutions for their clients, leveraging their
proprietary software in integrated evidence generation and outcomes-based
contracting. This means that as a Consultant, you will be involved in
developing and implementing these innovative approaches to ensure that their clients
receive the highest quality strategic advice and support. This will involve collaborating
with their technology teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that are tailored to their
clients' unique needs.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
and identifying opportunities for new business development and leading
development of new business proposals.
• Contribute to the development of the firm's intellectual capital, including
methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in recruiting and developing top talent, including conducting
interviews, providing training and mentorship, and supporting staff development.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• You have a Masters Degree. PhD, MD or MBA is a strong plus.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in life sciences management consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to develop, drive and
communicate strategic recommendations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects, including ability to manage
multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
