WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Manufacturing and Engineering Associate (MEA) program is designed to prepare you for both technical and managerial leadership roles within General Mills. You'll make an impact by:

The fast-paced MEA full-time rotational program consists of 18 months of development, focused on preparing MEAs for technical skills, business partnership and people leadership experiences in both Manufacturing and Engineering. MEAs will be located in one manufacturing plant location for the duration of the program.

This is for a full-time role starting Spring or Summer 2024. Eligible students will be graduating in Winter 2023 or Spring 2024.

QUALIFICATIONS

The base salary for this position is $78,500. At General Mills we strive for each employee’s pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their role.
