Position Overview:
As an Associate Brand Manager, you will be an integral part of our marketing and brand management team, reporting directly to the Brand Manager. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, including design, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure consistent brand messaging, strategic alignment, and successful execution of brand initiatives. Your responsibilities will span from strategic planning to hands-on execution, and you will contribute to building a strong brand presence in the fashion industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy and Development:
- Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to drive brand awareness, resonance, and loyalty.
- Contribute to the creation of a clear and compelling brand identity that resonates with the target audience.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for brand campaigns, activations, and collaborations.
2. Content Creation and Management:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials, including social media content, website imagery, and promotional materials.
- Oversee the creation and curation of engaging, high-quality content across various platforms to maintain brand consistency and engage the target audience.
3. Campaign Management:
- Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns and activations that align with brand objectives and resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, gathering insights to optimize future initiatives.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategies and opportunities.
- Analyze consumer behavior and engagement metrics to refine brand positioning and messaging.
5. Brand Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify potential brand partnership and collaboration opportunities that align with the brand's values and aesthetic.
- Assist in negotiating and executing partnerships to expand brand reach and enhance credibility.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design team to ensure that all visual assets align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all touch-points.
7. Event Management:
- Assist in planning and executing brand events, pop-ups, and activations to engage customers and create memorable brand experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging brand strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
