Campus Recruiting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with school program directors, student liaisons and campus ambassadors to participate in on campus events.
• Develop strategy and bring to life campus recruiting for Veterinarian and Veterinary Technician hiring.
• Create reports to show KPI’s of campus recruiting and how we are tracking towards yearly hiring goals.
• Attends career fairs and other relevant veterinary networking events.
• Travel to on campus events to build relationships and support hiring initiatives.
• Program manage on and off campus student events and work with marketing to organize events.
• Develop strategy for externships, internships and residency programs alongside hospital leaders.
• This position will have 2 direct reports.
• Increase externship participants with the goal of converting participants into full and part time positions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Strong talent sourcing skills
• Organizational skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• 3+ years of campus recruiting experience
• Veterinary Health experience is preferred.
