Job Description


The Campus Recruiting Manager is responsible for generating a pipeline of top talent from our portfolio of universities, community colleges, and virtual channels. This includes virtual and in person recruiting, candidate engagement, academic partnerships, event management, and analytical assessments of talent opportunities.

The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skills to present and convey information in small and large group settings - both virtually and in-person.
  • Skills to analyze data and synthesize key messages.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Organize and manage events including coordination across Talent Acquisition and business group hiring champions, including preparing the virtual and in person recruiting teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Provide a platform for year-round and consistent messaging to stay engaged with students when we are not on campus.
  • Responsible for content creation, event schedule and communication and promotion of activities, and engagement strategy.
  • Help build, bring to life, and inspire the long-term vision for Intel's early-in-career recruiting efforts in the United States.
  • Contribute to the annual recruiting strategy to extend our college reach, target hard-to-find talent, and support proactive recruiting for critical hires.
  • Develop and monitor success metrics to ensure we have an adequate pipeline to support Intel's college talent needs.
  • As a member of the US College team, partner closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure our campus relations strategy supports any new strategic direction and has strong business group engagement.
  • Leveraging student perception studies to develop relevant and engaging content/messaging for our collateral.
  • Designs innovative solutions, leveraging virtual and in person recruiting tools.
  • Prepare semiannual report on virtual and campus recruiting programs to support continuous improvement of our channels.
  • Understand all aspects of the manufacturing and tech talent pipeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with university partners (staff, faculty, student leaders) to support engagement and talent acquisition.
  • Partner with Talent Marketing to provide input and feedback on college collateral for campus and virtual events.
  • Consults with business group leaders to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs and translate them into recommendations supported by labor market data, knowledge of talent pool, market insights, and benchmarks.

Additional information:

  • Must be willing to travel up to thirty percent of the time to attend on-campus events.


Qualifications


Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in recruiting, university relations, event planning or campus programming.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in Human Resources (HR) Business Group

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $81,800.00-$122,700.00
  • Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
