Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Logistics Traffic Coordinator in Houston to act as a liaison between a customer's traffic office and Schneider. The Logistics Traffic Coordinator will create, review and complete inbound and outbound shipments. This role will be expected to build positive relationships with Schneider's customers, associates and external vendors.
Responsibilities:

• Resolve transportation and shipping issues quickly.
• Respond to customer calls and ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
• Accountable for tracking, tracing and expediting shipments.

Skills and qualifications:

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Lift up to 30lbs.
• Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
