Marketing Traffic Coordinator Jobs

Assist traffic manager with order approval, download and inputting into inventory management software.

Work closely with partnership activation team and traffic manager to implement contractual media initiatives and fulfillment.

Manage radio inventory, traffic and formatting game broadcasts.

Use Adview software to ensure proper placement of radio ads based on their specific requirements.

Update media fulfillment into reporting software including updates to BI and finance for billing.

2-4 years of management experience in the parking industry.

Communicate regularly with department management team regarding matters that impact their duties and staff.

Knowledge of City of Phoenix Street, “Traffic Barricade Manual & Requirements”

Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, e-mail, excel word processing.

Manage multiple facilities, tasks, employees and operational needs to ensure the operational objectives are met.

Monitor & manage effective revenue control procedures.

Experience with Office (Outlook, Calendar, Excel, etc) and project management systems

1-3 years experience working for a modern brand or agency on digital ecosystems

Interest and experience with photography and video production a plus

Act as liaison between internal departments and outside production teams.

Move projects through studio from operations to production to delivery to accounting.

Be able to interpret from email communication to template spreadsheet. Supply Chain knowledge is helpful

Creation, maintenance and distribution of the Operations Planning Schedule and New Release Schedule for Home Entertainment and Digital/Video On Demand

Coordination of all elements necessary for product launch and special promotions

Creative/Marketing for packaging elements (i.e., Wraps, Ocards, Inserts, Stickers, Specialty Items, etc.)

Creates and maintains promotional ID's for new/catalog product launch

Creates Finished Goods catalog numbers and UPCs; i.e., DVD, Blu-ray package and component material master data using SAP application
