The logistics coordinator manages accounts for logistics brokerage operations in DAL USA. You will be responsible for documentation and financials You will work in liaison between the US and MX teams to complete carrier/customer onboarding. The ideal candidate will be skilled in logistics operations, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and have the ability to work well under pressure. As a key member of our team, the logistics coordinator will also ensure that all transportation processes are efficient, cost-effective, and comply with all local and federal regulations.

• Manage transportation and logistics providers, including negotiating rates, and ensuring compliance with company standards
• Develop and maintain transportation and logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency and performance
• Continuously monitor shipment status, update tracking systems, and communicate shipment details to relevant stakeholders
• Plan and coordinate shipments of finished products, materials, and supplies to ensure timely delivery to customers
• Collecting documentation, managing quick pay terms/ cost changes, processing payments, and working directly with carriers
• Collaborate with other departments to improve product delivery processes, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field or related experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Preferred knowledge of negotiating transportation rates and contracts
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or related field
• Bilingual, English/Spanish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and procedures, including transportation, inventory management, and customs clearance preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel and logistics software
