Regional E-Commerce Logistics Manager

REGIONAL E-COMMERCE LOGISTICS MANAGER

PURPOSE:

The Regional E-commerce Logistics Manager is responsible for facilitating and overseeing related data to support stores, warehouses and the department in the day-to-day areas of ecommerce logistics.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

Distribution Center Management:

· End-to-end responsibility of the operation at the warehouses

· KPIs analysis definition and follow up, with a clear focus on constant improvement

· Reporting of KPIs of Cost and Service to key stakeholders

· Definition, analysis and improvement of processes and procedures

· Planning for capacity, forecast follow-up and peak preparation

· Communication and coordination with corporate logistics and transportation departments, our commercial departments and customer service

· Monitoring compliance with deadlines, quality, budgets, etc.

· Implement corporate solutions at the warehouse

· Organize schedule for pick-up and delivery to the local stores

· Project management of new investments

3PL Management:

· Create long-term relationship with selected 3PLs

· Search for suppliers and organize tender

· Define Service level and KPIs based on performance

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain Management (MBA is an asset)

· 3+ years of experience in similar position (management) in online logistics

· 3+ years of experience in project development (budget management, expansions, etc.)

· Experience with a contingent workforce during peak seasons

SKILLS AND ATTITUDES:

· Excellent Communication skills (presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal) performance standards.

· Flexibility, proactiveness and initiative

· Availability to travel frequently

· Fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish is a plus

· Motivation mindset, proactivity, and the will to improved

· Demonstrate strong logical analysis and problem-solving skills

· Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; able to organize, multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

· Advanced level of Ms Office (Excel)

Annual compensation range: $122,000 - $202,000
