E-Commerce Operations Manager Jobs

We are a unique surf/ocean lifestyle company from Hawaii, currently based out of Carlsbad, California, specializing in beachwear for men and women. We are seeking an E-commerce Operations Manager to contribute to the sustained growth of the company. The ideal candidate is a creative yet data-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative workspace. In this role, you'll leverage your E-commerce expertise by overseeing many aspects of our business including managing online presence, merchandising, analytics, conversion, retention, driving sales growth, and other backend technical aspects. As a small family business, you’ll become an integral part of our cooperative environment. With just a handful of employees, we work closely together on projects, pulling our skills and expertise to achieve shared goals.

Duties include:

• Proactively develop new wholesale partnerships and manage existing clients.
• Spearhead the transition of an inventory management system that includes multiple online DTC channels.
• Assist with creating product listings across our various online channels ensuring all information is accurate and the user experience is seamless.
• Supply chain order management from importing, shipping logistics, and warehousing to ordering inventory.
• Analyze and track performance metrics to continuously improve sales.

Requirements:

• Experience in Shopify Plus or Big Commerce at the expert level
• Familiar with Amazon SFA and FBA
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
