YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a LMS Administrator & Learning Analyst to assist in deploying, maintaining, and improving upon our Learning and Development initiatives, including managing and maintaining our Learning Management System (WingYOU), and the L&D development calendar. This role will actively engage and build rapport with our clients (WingYOU users), internal teams, Brand Partners, and cross functional leaders to create positive connections and outcomes. While working collaboratively with cross functional teams, this individual will actively assist in building plans designed to meet, exceed, and ultimately enhance the overall learning experience.
This role is located at our Global Support Center in the Dallas, TX area.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage ad hoc reporting requests
- Research and evaluate trends in learning technology and methodology
- Supports organization communications through LMS deployment
- Develop training intake management structure and manage learning content development calendar
- Provide LMS technical and troubleshooting support
- Assign roles and content to learners; Manually and through API
- Develop continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with other teams and analyzing user experience
- Conduct regular needs analysis
- Manage shared inbox to address Brand Partner (Franchisee) issues, concerns, and troubleshooting
- Maintain LMS stability by working with our partners/vendors
- Maintain accurate recurring records and reporting
- Review and revise eLearning content
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and assist with integrations
- Lead training initiatives around engagement with learning content and the LMS
WHO YOU ARE

A DAY IN THE LIFE
So, what does ‘all in a day’s work’ look like to a Wing Expert in this role? Your day could shape up somewhat like this:
- Work with a sense of urgency and passionate about helping people.
- 10-20% Support organization wide and ad hoc communications through the LMS
- Active participation in key meetings to share insights and updates both internally and with vendors.
- Frequent use of a computer and other technology essential to the successful completion of your everyday role responsibilities, often in a seated position.
- Less than 10% travel. Work from home on Fridays.
- Frequent use of mental energy while expressing or exchanging ideas and information with Wingstop guests, cross-functional colleagues, and extended Wingstop team.
- 10-20% Developing and maintaining training intake process
- 30-40% Managing shared inbox assisting users with troubleshooting and ad hoc requests
- Hours scheduled must be flexible based on business needs.
- 10-20% Needs analysis and engagement initiatives
