This is a hybrid position. The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites up to four days per week and work remotely the remaining day(s). A member of our Talent Acquisition team will provide more details.

LMS Systems Administrator

Provide administrative support for Learning Technology team on procedures, programs, and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Following all documented policies, procedures, and processes, which include also managing registration and roster activity.
  • Assists with or handles a variety of department clerical and administration functions and processes and works with other departments to resolve issues and implement changes
  • Works closely with line of business and learning content developers to test, publish, and manage training content as necessary
  • Responsible for coordinating, input, editing, and auditing required training audiences
  • Respond to inquiries regarding training courses, certifications, curriculums, programs, and reporting

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in managing time and prioritization of tasks
  • Detail oriented and well-organized
  • Basic knowledge of Learning Management System preferably SABA
  • Strong work ethic, ability to make decisions, & work under tight deadlines
  • Extensive knowledge of the basic Microsoft Suite - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills & problem-solving capabilities
  • 3 years demonstrated experience in an administrative function, preferably in an HR or Learning function
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt constant change

The typical base pay range for this role is between $75K - $95K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
