4 Years - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, coordination of people and resources, and of project management principles and practices.
4 Years - E-Learning tools, learning management systems; programing languages
4 Years - Curriculum design
4 Years - Training and development procedures and techniques.
4 Years - Computer systems and applications for data management.
4 Years - Familiarity with data systems, processes and visualization tools.
4 Years - Public administration and management techniques.
4 Years - Knowledge of learning design models and principles; instructional design principles and techniques
4 Years - Applicable software.
4 Years - Designing graphics and instructional content.
4 Years - Business, program, and systems analysis.
4 Years - Developing goals, objectives, and procedures to monitor and evaluate progress.
4 Years - Writing analyses, documentation, and reports.
4 Years - Organizing and presenting complex information to a variety of audiences verbally and in writing.
