Job Description

Robert Half is partnering with a Healthcare Technology Start-Up in their search for a fully remote Contracts Attorney to join their team!


This role is fully remote, Pacific Standard Time, and pays around $50-70/hr DOE.


Key Duties:

  • Support the Legal Department in redlining and negotiating agreements such as MSAs, BAAs, NDAs, and more
  • Manage Business Associate Agreements (BAA) and data-use agreements (DUA) from beginning to end


Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding and owning of contracts from beginning to end
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills
  • 3+ YOE as an attorney reviewing and negotiating contracts
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry highly preferred
