  • Payment application
  • Various reporting
  • Customer service answering phones and emails and resolving customer issues end to end.
  • Creating/analyzing billing and payment reconciliations and taking the steps to identify and correct billing and coverage issues


Qualification :

  • Customer Service Skills Communication by Phone and/or Email
  • High attention to detail/analyzation skills
  • Work in Multiple Systems
  • Work independently
  • Advanced MS Excel Skills
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Accounting background/knowledge
