Job Description
Key Job Accountabilities


International Business Development


Overall


  • Open purchase orders on MyMarket for IBD & Marketing team when needed
  • Consolidate and prepare monthly business reports/countries and worldwide (Net Sales, sell-in, weight of categories, launch/collections performance)
  • Maintain shared drive folders and continually organize and save important documents for the teams to review
  • Lead monthly global newsletter updating monthly sell-out data, country best practices and competitor analysis. Ensure marketing and ICC team inputs are including in timely manner
  • Update monthly sell-out data from ipanel reports
  • Act as key DMI point-person for junior country marketing team members, navigate ad hoc requests
  • Prepare ad hoc Nielsen reports and market analysis as needed (shade rankings, provide recommendation for future Marketing campaigns/programs etc.)


Market & Meeting Support


  • Organize materials for, and at times present on, monthly market and zone calls; record notes for meetings
  • Help manage logistics for international meetings and market trainings (shipping, printing, etc)


Retail kit programs


  • Own full development process for all retails kits including concepting, creative briefing, industrial feasibility, marketing dossier, and markets follow up
  • Analyze market trends in respect to holiday kit offerings
  • Own briefing process with Gotham to create KVs for programs
Global Marketing DMI


  • Lead the development of marketing products and strategy in partnership with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams. Identify innovative opportunities and contribute ideas for the Original segment.
  • Present findings in clear, concise dashboards and presentations shared with team and/or brand managers
  • Lead Product Development with n+1: project management point person, trackers of collections and milestones, trend analysis, Magellan (Product Development system), Legal requests, inter-agency support for creative assets, comps productions, photoshoot assistance,… (collections, kits, GBE)
  • Showing curiosity and sharing thoughts
  • Showing creativity through storytelling and presentation
  • Evaluate existing and emerging innovations and trends - across the Nail and Beauty market (Social Listening and Competitive Research)
  • Ad-hoc marketing projects
  • Work with different cross-functional teams to leverage all talents and expertise in order to reach marketing objectives and more.


Candidate Profile


Bachelor degree required, preferably a business related degree. Experience with European markets preferred. Must have graduated within the last 12 months.


  • Business analysis experience – ability to review and organize large sets of data (shade rankings, sku assortments) to identify meaningful insights. Global orientation – understands regional and local cultural and visual differences


Creative, out of the box thinker – ability to concept new ideas, synthesize inspiration and trends from diverse sources, and imagine unconventional solutions


Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit – able to contribute significantly to the team and go above and beyond the ask to provide meaningful recommendation. Capable of multi-tasking and self-managing projects


Problem solver who is able to overcome obstacles with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced work environment.


Excellent time management skills – highly organized and can complete tasks in a timely manner without manager follow up. Can work under high pressure environments and is able to prioritize multiple assignments and work efficiently while remaining flexible to unforeseen changes in direction


Relationship skills – ability to initiate and nurture market relationships with diverse constituents, both internal and external. Articulate with strong interpersonal skills, team oriented and personable


Product development – understanding of industrial timelines and key inputs for a successful product launch.
