Reports to: VP of Campaign Management

Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the client management team and interacting with other departments as needed. The Client Management Assistant will help with processing orders, publishing client content, creating content briefs, keyword strategy, and handling other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Create content briefs for writers
• Coordinate with Client Management Team to assist with tasks related to client management
• Attend client meetings as needed
• Help with other tasks as assigned
• Assist with strategy work including keyword research, monitoring metrics, and qualifying potential domain partnerships
• Maintain a book of business with up to 2 active clients monthly
• Ensure deadlines are met pertaining to client orders and strategy requests
• Create order sheets and place orders
• Post copy to client content management systems for publishing

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
• High school education; (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or another related field preferred)
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be comfortable with client-facing job duties
• Eagerness and willingness to learn
