Job Description

Client: Top cosmetic firm in the USA

Job Title: UX Designer (Shopping Experience)

100% Remote in the USA (Need to work EST hours)


:

  • Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant for our supported platforms. Craft designs within existing design systems & standards; Ensure adherence to UX & accessibility best practices.
  • Visual Design skills with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense.
  • Collaborate with partners to continually improve the quality of our products through multiple iterations exploring a range of design options.
  • Experience creating high fidelity prototypes to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work.
  • Oversee the user interface of a brand eCommerce experience or product for software development, from conception to launch in partnership with UX team, researchers, product managers, engineers, and content strategists; always implementing best practices for UX/UI.
  • Act as keeper of the brand design systems that are applied for all digital experiences & ensure that it is always followed and revised as needed.
  • Strategic product thinker with the experience understanding product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions that enhance the customer journey.

Must Have:

  • Experience creating exceptional interface & prototyping for e-commerce sites (desktop & mobile), apps, in-store devices, etc.
  • Intermediate to advanced Figma experience.
  • 3-5 years of online creative/digital product design experience.
  • Strong grasp of UX, UI, interface and e-commerce site design, as well as the creation and maintenance of brand design systems.
