Responsibilities

• Ensure visual assets align with brand strategies established by the Communications and Marketing Departments
• Adhere to and promote the employer's visual and verbal brand guidelines
• Develop and maintain visual assets for the employer, including ads, website graphics, signage, collateral materials, and digital materials
• Organize and manage all visual assets for the employer
• Support visual branding efforts, including website graphics, brochure creation, social media visuals, and swag design
• Create clear and compelling data visualizations and infographics
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide design services and support visual communication

Requirements

• Attention to detail and a desire for a flawless final product
• Understanding of general marketing principles
• Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related field
• Ability to create motion graphics as needed
• Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong creative experience in design, advertising, social media, or content creation
