Junior Ux Strategist/Designer

We are seeking a talented Junior UX Strategist/Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user experience and be creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized. The Junior UX Strategist/Designer will work collaboratively with our team of UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers to create engaging user experiences for our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop user experience strategies and user flows for our web and mobile applications

• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for user testing and feedback

• Create user-centered designs that are visually appealing and easy to use

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers to ensure design consistency

• Research and stay up to date on the latest UX trends and technologies

• Participate in user testing to validate design decisions

• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, or related field

• 1+ years of experience in UX/UI design • Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, and Figma

• Understanding of user experience principles and techniques

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
