ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

The User Experience designer will play a critical role in expanding the reach of a global business unit. They will create the mock ups for the end-to-end workflow graphics articulated in the product process path. They will help build out new communication templates while potentially broadening start content to better illustrate workflow. We are looking for an individual with the following expertise:

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, click-throughs, and prototypes.
• Present design work to user experience team, product team, and executives for review and feedback.
• Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns.
• Design the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of experiences.
• Contribute to the design of useful, usable, and desirable user interfaces and service design in a collaborative environment.
• Create user-centered designs by considering market segment analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
• Use business requirements and customer research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

A Successful Candidate Will Have...

• Experience with a Figma as well as a variety of other design tools (e.g. Sketch, Illustrator)
• Experience with UX design of complex workflows
• Visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups and style guides
• 2+ years of design experience and an available online portfolio demonstrating your process for creating great user-centered design solutions and mockups
• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), a related field, or 4+ years of additional experience
