CMX Cinemas seeks an IT Systems & Software Administrator to join our winning team in providing the ULTIMATE movie going experience to our community!

About CMX Cinemas:

Summary of the position:

The Information Technology Coordinator is a member of the Internal Customer Support team. They are responsible for maintenance and internal support of Company’s POSs, PCs, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide end user support, both corporate and retail locations, including but not limited to:
  • Monitor and respond timely to support requests in the help desk queue(s)
  • Document Service Desk ticket tech notes for escalation or resolution of service request
  • Communicate issues and solutions in a timely manner
  • Support and maintenance of POS/PCs including but not limited to complete PC/Laptop setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software
  • POS setup and deployment as required
  • Troubleshoot live issues in a retail environment
  • Provide on-call support as needed, some after-hours
  • Primary will be on rotation, but all others must be prepared to provide backup
  • Support software various software platforms
  • Support Office 365, Azure AD, Local AD, Mass-360, and other internal software systems
  • Provide IT support for local software
  • Upgrade or assist in server upgrades both hardware and software
  • Participate in team and projects including:
  • Regular scheduled calls
  • Assist other IT assets in the company
  • Proactively support Corporate IT and customer support changes and initiatives
  • Test changes to hardware and software standards
  • Monitor ticket queues to ensure SLAs are met
  • Utilize the standard Knowledgebase and update as needed
  • Maintain backups and automated systems
  • Update networked applications as required
  • Regularly monitor backups and other automated functions
  • Report fil and server issues to senior IT members for instructions
  • Monitor system logs
  • Setup and maintain network printers, scanners, and multi-function devices
  • Coordinate copier/MFD repairs with authorized repair vendor
  • Provide phone support for VoIP locations
  • Facilitate legal compliance with requests including complete legal holds on workstations and backup hard drive as requested
  • Preserve backups and other electronic media as requested
  • Support implementation and go-live of new locations and conversions. This could include both onsite support and remote support. Will need to travel as needed to accomplish this
  • Setup of hardware onsite
  • Testing of configuration prior to go-live
  • Help with customer website refund and associated tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • You must be able to handle a fast pace, high pressure environment. Restaurant and/or theatre experience is a plus
  • Prior operational experience in a retail setting, along with your technical skills, will be valuable to the success in this position
  • Ability to travel with little notice, up to 25%
