Summary:
Our client seeks a highly experienced and strategic leader to join their team as the Vice President of Integration and IT Operations. The position will lead the organization's integration of acquisitive businesses and overall IT operations. Responsibilities will include building and leading an integration team capable of streamlining how we integrate new acquisitions as well as owning the overall end-to-end IT platform stack (quote to cash). This individual will have a strong understanding of how to build a next-generation Managed Services ITSM platform with a focus on automating mundane tasks and building a data strategy that supports all functions of the business. Additional responsibilities will be building an internal IT support and compliance strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own overall process flow of business to ensure alignment of business operations with our tech stack, defining the most efficient model to support our clients from quoting of services, and delivery of services, to invoicing
- Serve as a business advisor to COO, Sales management, & Service Delivery management
- Own end-to-end tech stack for business
- Streamline and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage procurement team in support of sales and vCIO
- Other special projects as directed by the COO
- Manage corporate compliance and security framework
- Lead the integration process of new acquisitions, inclusive of building an integration framework that drives all aspects of synergies (business ops, financial operations, services operations)
- Evaluate and eventually lead the implementation of a BI system to be utilized throughout the organizations
- Support the COO in M&A activities from a commercial and operational perspective
- Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of IT Solutions to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behaviors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, timelines, and budgets for digital transformation projects.
- Manage the corporate IT budgeting
- Work closely with management to identify cost savings initiatives and to implement and track those initiatives
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Experience implementing and leading integration of Enterprise IT Systems/Platforms
- 10 years of experience in IT Operations, Service Delivery
- Expert in defining and documenting business process
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience leading acquisition teams across multiple business operations
- Building a management team capable of supporting high acquisitive business model
- Ability to build business plans and provide updates to executive leadership
- Working with and supporting senior executives and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) based processes.
