Your Role: The IT Analyst Creates, modifies and maintains functional and non-functional requirements for system enhancements, upgrades and new functionality. (Non-functional requirements are system requirements related to the hardware/software environment in which the application will operate but are not part of the actual business function(s) performed by the application). Creates process and system workflows and facilitates working sessions with stakeholders for validation. Partners with and provides support to stakeholders and Agile Scrum team throughout the SDLC in understanding and clarifying the requirements under examination.
Your Work:
- Maintains documentation for new and existing applications.
- Facilitates requirements sessions and walk-throughs.
- Build relationships and act as the single point of contact for stakeholder teams in delivering automation solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Perform as a Product Owner in defining and facilitating Scrum Team activities to deliver Hyperautomation solutions in a SAFe model.
- Involved in the multiple phases of a systems life cycle for small to moderate sized projects or pieces of larger projects.
- Aligns moderately complex solutions with business and IT strategies.
- Liaise with stakeholders to drive testing and operational adoption.
- Ensures clarity and inclusion of appropriate details in the same.
- Documents functional and non-functional requirements.
- Works closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
- Partners with stakeholders to maintain focus and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Experience, Education and Skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into nonfunctional requirements.
- Strong documentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Business process understanding and documentation acumen
- 3 - 5 years System documentation experience and/or technical writing.
- Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Proven track record partnering with internal stakeholders to define strategies and roadmaps, dependencies, and releases.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology. (Preferred)
- Six Sigma experience a plus.
- Fulfills business needs, which may include investing extra time, helping other teams, etc.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving acumen
- Experience using Atlassian JIRA or equivalent to document requirements and manage backlogs.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Team- and Customer-first mentality
- (Use as needed) Travels as needed for role, including divisional / team meetings and other in-person meetings.
- Ability to trace given transactions through a moderate to complex system and document how systems and overlapping processes interact.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
- Experience facilitating productive sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions with delivery teams.

- Excellent process documentation and analysis skills

The national average salary range for this position is $73,170 – $81,300. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $65,880-$97,500. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 7% of eligible pay.
