Order Support Specialist (Remote)

The Order Support Specialist position is responsible for processing changes and corrections to existing Customer Orders in our computer system and communicating those effectively with those teams that need to know.

Key Responsibilities

• Train to help in any other Order Support areas as needed (including but not limited to Coverpages/Creating new orders, order support, art approvals, resolutions)
• Confirm that we have all necessary information to make changes to the order
• Main contact for production when concerns arise
• Make requested changes to customer orders
• Main contact for customers when reaching out on behalf of production or art teams
• Use variety of resources to answer questions from customer

Education And Training Requirements

High school diploma/GED

• Work is currently remote, but may move back to the office when executive team chooses. Remote work will require the following:

Equipment

Employees must provide their own computer, monitor(s), necessary peripherals (mouse and headset),

and internet connection. Employee must have use of 2 screens, laptops count as 1 screen.

Employee equipment and internet connection must meet the minimum requirements specified by the

company's Director of Information Technology to participate in the telework program.

Internet Requirements

• Stable personal network at home. (We prefer plugged in directly to router and if that is not
• Internet plan that has 5Mbps up / 1Mbps down.

Minimum Computer Requirements

• Anti‐virus software running and active
• Windows 10 or Mac OS 10.15
• 4 GB of RAM
