Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for a Inside Sales Account Manger - CVL with the possibility of you joining the team as a Level II or Sr.

The Inside Sales Account Manger - CVL is responsible for sales, service, and support of all assigned GM franchised dealers. This team member will provide quality customer service by satisfying the business needs of the dealers, manufacturer partners and GM Financial. This team member`s overall responsibility will be to develop dealer relationships and grow volume by educating dealer staff on GM Financial CVL products.

This position will be located in Irving, Texas and following a hybrid work model. Hybrid: A combination of both in-office and work from home.
Responsibilities:
JOB DUTIES
  • Develops and maintains dealer relationships by providing the highest quality service in the industry while effectively managing and marketing to those dealers
  • Uses logic, data analysis, judgement and common sense when solving problems Looks beyond the obvious, probing to gain a better understanding of complex or unusual situations
  • Effectively communicates any dealer risk or concern to CVL Leadership
  • Maintain effective communication with dealers, internal partners and factory counterparts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Conform with all company policies and procedures
  • Develop business plans to align with corporate goals
  • Support, market and be subject matter experts in all GM Financial CVL products
  • Point of contact for internal and external CVL requests or inquiries through the CVL Dealer Support Line
  • Demonstrate the value proposition of GM Financial to assist the dealer to sell incremental new and used commercial vehicles
  • Effectively manage and market assigned dealer relationships to achieve all quality, pricing and volume objectives
  • Maintains regular communication with CVL field sales to discuss trends/issues and look for additional GM Financial business opportunities
  • Analyze dealer specific data using reporting tools and take appropriate action

Sales and Marketing Manager - CVL

(Requirements will vary based on level of role)
Qualifications:
Knowledge
  • Knowledge of dealership, fleet/commercial and indirect auto finance industry operations
  • Complete understanding of commercial loans and documentation
  • Extensive knowledge of dealership, manufacturer and CVL programs and processes
  • Must be proficient in computer software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Skills
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Ability to make sound business decisions based on policies and procedures
  • Ability to manage work demands and pressures while demonstrating integrity and respect
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailed oriented and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Ability to meet deadlines and establish objectives
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience required
Experience
  • 2-3 years in Auto Finance Industry preferred
