Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, mission-centric Senior Manager of Inside Sales. In partnership with Executive Leadership and our growing District Partnerships team, this person will lead inside sales and sales operations efforts as we scale our special education SaaS platform to school districts throughout the United States.

Role Overview

In partnership with Executive Leadership and our growing District Partnerships team, this person will lead inside sales and sales operations efforts as we scale our special education SaaS platform to school districts throughout the United States.
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Responsibilities And Duties
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Support contract negotiations, closings, and renewals
- Support and supplement the efforts of field sales managers and executives
- Lead data driven decision making and reports to improve sales strategy and conversion rates
- Assist with inbound and outbound communication to prospects and new customers
- Manage inside sales efforts across multiple territories
- Help define and implement excellent sales processes and tools, including CRM
Qualifications
There are a number of experiential profiles that can lead to success in this role, including:
- Prior experience as an Account Manager or Sales Operations Manager in a SaaS company (at least 3 years)
- Prior experience as an Inside Sales Manager or Account Executive in a SaaS company (at least 2 years), or;
- EdTech experience is a plus for both profiles
- Highly organized; proven ability to maintain data integrity
- Experience setting up and driving improvements with sales processes and tools
- Runway for growth
