Job Description

The IT Training Specialist is responsible for managing and delivering technology-focused training programs within the organization. This role primarily focuses on global training and content creation for IT training events in Germany. The IT Training Specialist will coordinate and develop content for onsite and web-based trainings, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development among employees. This position requires a strong understanding of instructional design principles, proficiency in various tools and technologies, and the ability to effectively present findings to stakeholders. The IT Training Specialist will work closely with senior management to execute their vision and ensure alignment with organizational goals.


Responsibilities:

Develop and Deliver Training Programs:

  • Design, develop, and deliver technology-focused training programs for IT professionals within the organization.
  • Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources, to support training programs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate onsite and web-based trainings, ensuring effective content delivery and engagement.

Content Creation and Maintenance:

  • Regularly review and update training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Leverage multimedia tools, such as Photoshop and video editing software, to enhance training content and engage participants.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop and update training content.

Training Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training initiatives.
  • Monitor training attendance and evaluate participant feedback to continuously improve training programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant registration.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to gather insights and ensure training programs meet business needs.
  • Engage with senior management to understand their vision and align training programs with organizational goals.
  • Communicate training plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely reporting.


Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to execute the vision of senior management and align training programs with organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in using 360 Teams, Photoshop, and video editing tools to create engaging training materials.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of best practices in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training evaluation.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing, delivering, and executing training programs with a focus on technology.
