Overview Information Technology Helpdesk is a customer service role that provides technical assistance to customers who are having problems with their computer systems, software, or hardware. The Helpdesk is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, as well as providing advice and guidance on how to use the technology. Detailed Job Description The Information Technology Helpdesk is responsible for providing technical assistance to customers who are having problems with their computer systems, software, or hardware. The Helpdesk is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, as well as providing advice and guidance on how to use the technology. The Helpdesk is also responsible for providing customer service, including answering customer questions, providing technical support, and resolving customer complaints. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Knowledge of network systems and protocols
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems
• Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• A+ certification or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service role
• Experience with computer hardware and software
• Experience with network systems and protocols
