Experience editing materials generated with Optical Character Recognition and formatting them for use with Text to Speech software or Braille conversion

At least two years experience in providing client services

3 years of experience in management of multiple IT projects; experience within a capital.

Certifications in technology or project management related fields

Report and collaborate with Program Management Office on all IT project matters.

Track all project status and provide management reports relative to overall program relative to construction project delivery schedules.

Assist with change order review and evaluation with Construction Project Manager and Cost Estimators.

Experience coordinating on multiple IT projects with differing complexities and size.

Knowledge of clinical research methods, including study design, data collection, and management.

Overseeing development of training materials and resources that cover all aspects of the technology used for data collection and management.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations, including HIPAA, and experience in ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of research data

Experience in designing and delivering training programs in a clinical research or healthcare setting.

Experience in developing training materials, such as user manuals, online tutorials, and instructional videos.

The minimum qualifications for Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities are the following:

Prepares project status reports and keeps management, customers, and others informed of project status and related issues.

Keeps abreast of project management leading practices, techniques and tools.

Provides project management coaching and mentoring to other staff as required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, MIS or related field; and

Three (3) years of increasingly responsible professional experience as a Project Manager.

Participate actively in marketing and project management reporting tools. Report weekly /monthly on the status of field marketing activities and KPI’s

Experience with training and/ or utilizing Managed Document Services (MDS)/Managed Print Services (MPS) software, tools and sales techniques.

Minimum 5 years finance and accounting experience

Demonstrated experience with profit and loss responsibilities, corporate accounting, and internal control compliance

Monitor and report back on competitor channel programs, competitor products and solutions, competitive pricing, channel partner development requirements, and industry trends.

Three years of experience managing training or instructional development initiatives (e.g. leading project or program planning and management).

Two or more years of management experience; e.g. managing professional full-time or temporary support staff (e.g. hiring, supervision, performance reviews, scheduling).

Partners with the Technology Support Manager on the enterprise implementation of new technologies, coordinating DELTA’s training and support activities.

Require post-baccalaureate credentials or a bachelor’s degree plus alternative or equivalent professional training and experience.

Experience with teaching emerging technologies and competence in applying new technologies in instructional settings.

Master’s degree in Instructional Technology, Adult & Higher Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
