The Customer IT team at one of our largest Fortune 100 Energy clients is actively seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to join their growing team. This team is integrally involved in an enterprise wide CIS (Customer Information System) transformation project that is demanding project coordination support. The team is instrumental in managing 100+ 3rd party edge systems that are critical to our client’s business. These systems leverage PowerBi to create reports, visualize data and trends and require testing. Our client is looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to assist with the synchronization of 3rd party edge systems to support the CIS Transformation that has a go-live of September 2023.

The selected candidate will work under the guidance of a Sr. Project Manager should be able to work autonomously and eager to learn and grow in an agile environment. This specific team is fast-paced and deals with a good amount of change/continuous improvement remediation. Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of professional experience working in a Project Coordination, Project Management, Business Analytics environment or related.
• Experience with reporting tools like PowerBI.
• Broad, overarching IT conceptual knowledge to understand how systems and services work.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Systems, Information Technology, or relevant field; OR equivalent experience.
• Possesses excellent analytical, organizational, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with application integrations is a plus!
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and project tracking.
• Professional experience working with MS Excel; specifically with ability to create pivot tables, perform H-lookups, V-lookups and data manipulation.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Update existing dashboards with relevant data and new metrics that display the project status.
• Collaborate with outsourcing partners, compliance program stakeholders, and our client’s Service Delivery and support organizations.
• Independently meet with business groups involved in miscellaneous projects.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Play a significant role in project tracking for integration testing in preparation for go-live in September.
• Collaborate with application owners in commercial and enterprise areas to identify, design and implement changes required for project demands.
• Analyzing metrics on where projects stand and reporting data up to management team.
