JOB TITLE : Information Technology Instructor

JOB SUMMARY:

To provide a web-based, on-demand professional certification learning and testing platform to support Government civilians and military information technology (IT) professionals for Defense Health Agency (DHA), Market Technology Integration Office (MTIO).

DUTIES :

• Courses include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Security+, Windows Server, and cloud computing.
• Create customer paths tied to the organization’s work roles.
• Centralized allocation, management, and assessment of subscriptions and trainee progress
• Assist staff through courses which include, but are not limited to, preparation for certification tests in Information Technology management and project management, such as the Information Technology Integrated Library (ITIL) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Trainer should be available 24 x 7 with an internet connection, and associated customer service support.
• Provide Hands-on laboratory environments to build practical experience.
• Provide practice exams to prepare for certification testing for applicable certifications.
• Provide costumer service for costumers by responding to their requests and assisting them with their enquiries
• Assess users' skills in key competency areas to give visibility into an organization’s security.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s degree in Areas of computer science, information technology, information technology management and computer engineering.
• Certified information systems auditor (CISA)
• Trainer should certified in one of the following areas:
• Certified information systems security professional (CISSP)
• Certified data professional (CDP)
• Proven experience taking similar roles.
