Job Description

1 year contract


This leading global fintech company is looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join their team for a 1-year contract.


The company has gone through significant changes in the last year, including implementing new systems, therefore you will be tasked with supporting employees through this transition period.


Responsibilities

  • You will partner with the Head of HR and the Centre of Excellence to create standardized work processes for basic HR functions, policies and procedures
  • Partner with the wider HR team to rollout learning and development, performance management, employee relations and change management initiatives
  • Work with HR leaders to conceptualize, design and launch global performance tools, as well as assisting with performance appraisals and yearly compensation cycle calculations
  • Liaise with IT and HR to bridge the gap between news systems, upgrades and improvements
  • Lead the self-service HR dashboards, whilst delivering exceptional customer service and supporting team members with HR issues and questions
  • Provide support to payroll by updating and maintain employee data reconciliation

What you’ll need to succeed

  • At least 4+ years’ experience working within HR Operations
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Solution driven, highly organized and able to multi-task
