The Role

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates
• Be a brand ambassador with a growth-focused and innovative mindset.
• Responsible for executing talent strategy, including recruitment and retention efforts, programs, and initiatives.
• Be heavily involved in running the daily functions of the HR department including tasks related to recruiting, benefits, employee relations, performance, and educating/enforcing company policies and practices.
• Passionate and skilled at sourcing and interviewing talent using traditional and creative methods.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• Experience with other facets of HR including: benefits, employee relations, onboarding
• Experience using creative sourcing strategies
• 4+ years of HR experience in a talent acquisition or generalist/specialist position with focus on recruitment and retention
